Everybody wants to be the CHIEF...but where ARE THE INDIANS?!?! Everybody want to be the BOSS...but where are the REAL WORKERS!?!?! The 3rd cashier furthest from door offered to go look in back for my online order...waiting a good 10 mins only to be told the order isn't ready!
Ok...but a TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT would have ask for item and went and got the product!! 😉💯😏🤔
Workers just talking about ALL DA WRONG THINGS...but too lazy to get the product...especially considering the product was ordered hours before I arrived at this semi empty O'Fallon Missouri Veteran's Memorial Dr store!!
Regardless if order is ready or not...it's sad that I walked through the store and to item I prev purchased online....only to just pay for it outright!!!
But only to get hesitation from male 2nd cashier (from exit) when tried to pay for product, while 1st cashier (closet to the exit door) at the door ...had so much to say in how canceling my order...but never once OFFERED to get the product while no one was in the line at the moment in this semi empty store!!!
A very sad and inconvenient way of shopping!! There wasn't any superb customer service support...but lazy azz so called cashier workers!! 🙄
Friday Nov 10th between the hours of 6pm-7pm...but placed order online at 1pm or 2pm! I just got email today 11/11 to say my order is ready! What a JOKE!! 😏🤬😬🙄

Read moreI went in to purchase some on sale items after Halloween. One of the items was supposed to light up but did not have a try me button and it didn't include batteries. I tried asking an employee stocking shelves but she didn't want to help and told me to go to the front for help. When I got to the cashier I told her before I decided between two items I wanted to make sure the light up one worked first. She looked at me like I had 2 heads and said she couldn't help me. I told her I didn't want to purchase an item if I wasn't sure it worked. She said they have a 90 day return policy and of it didn't work I could return it. I told her I didn't want to waste a trip if I could avoid it. She then said I could purchase batteries in which I said no, I have batteries at home and do not need to purchase any to see if an item I may or may not purchase works. She was completely rude and kept telling me their return policy instead of trying to help me, her attitude was poor and she continually gave me a rude look. Finally, I just had to ask for the manager. He helped me, but no apology for his employees poor attitude. My fiance and I went in this store looking for Christmas decorations first off it was impossible to find an employee to help us find certain items that we were looking for we finally gave up second off I bought a few gingerbread houses at the checkout line the cashier was very rude she did not greet us at all in her demeanour made me feel very uncomfortable. She literally threw my gingerbread houses in the bag causing them to chip and did not care to wrap them! These gingerbread house are VERY breakable! She also threw the Christmas ornaments that were also breakable at the BOTTOM of the bag unwrapped! I immediately grabbed everything out of the bag and had ask her for paper so my items could be wrapped. She gave me a big eye roll and had a bad attitude, I had to sit there and wrap all of my breakable items by myself with a line of people behind me! It was awful! I will never return to this...
