Misrepresentation Advertised a new ATV. My son and I drove 2 hours with all intention of purchasing it. We were surprised to find scratches all over one side of the ATV. The saleswoman went to manager, who went to maintenance. After at least 45 min, she said they could replace the panels, but it would take weeks. I explained how we drove 2 hours and would rather negotiate, as it was clearly a used ATV and not new, as advertised. Since I was not confident it was a new ATV, I asked of mileage and she said she would check on that. She never gave me a number and I forgot to ask again. Anyway, it had been about 2 hours and she offered to include a free helmet. We should have walked out but agreed to the deal. Unfortunately, it was a couple weeks after purchase that I checked the mileage and it already had 400 miles on it! At this point, although too late, I realize it was not as advertised, but I fell for it. Rude and Deceptive Finance Manager Business manager, Dave, was not personable at all. It was sign here, initial this, with little explanation or time to read. He just wanted us out of there. Since I was not interested in paying extra for a warranty, I was not going to ask the manager about one. When I got home, my husband found they tacked on a warranty for $1300. The warranty was NEVER discussed. I immediately called the finance manager. He was very rude and said he clearly presented warranty, and I knew what I was signing. My husband and son could hear him through my phone. I turned to my son, who said he never talked of warranty. I asked manager to fax, mail or email me a form to void the warranty and he said we’d have to do it in person (which meant another 2-hour drive for us). This was only resolved after I wrote a professional letter saying I void the warranty and even then, it would be 4 weeks (with interest) before it’s void. After 2 months and numerous calls to manager, I gave up and asked the bank to handle it. I finally got the warranty voided and credit, minus the interest owed. The $600 off the retail price for choosing finance was a scam. It would have been cheaper to pay outright, which was my plan all along. Poor Customer Service Saleswoman was kind but could not answer my questions. She was left to drive ATV around to back and load into back of my new truck. She had problems starting the ATV when she did, it was jerky and would not steer. She asked for help and the brake was on! It was a snug fit in the back of my truck, and I was afraid she would ram the ATV through the backseat of my new truck! Once it was loaded, I was left alone and had to enter the shop and ask for help strapping it down. Did not follow...
Read moreI purchased a 2022 Spyder F3-T a few days ago. I had both good and bad about my experience this time around. Please read the entire review. Last year, I had a very bad experience here and walked out due to an unprofessional sales guy. My husband convinced me to give them another try this year so I did. Luckily the sales guy last year no longer works there. I worked with Dustin and he did a good job. He did not make me feel like an idiot and did get me a good deal. There are some scratched up panels they still need and agreed to fix so hopefully that will get done without issue. I also talked with Monty who was fun and knowledgeable. BUT, I was somewhat disappointed with the finance guy. I already had financing secured, but he did not offer any type of extended warranty or tire/wheel package which would have been nice to know how much something like that would have been and given the opportunity to purchase it. He was in a hurry to get me in and out. I'm happy with everything else, I just hope nothing happens to my tires/wheels as I won't be happy not having that peace of mind. But would highly recommend Dustin or Monty! I didn't think to ask about the warranty or tire package as I felt rushed. Good job and thank you to Dustin for going...
Read moreZero stars if I could. Was looking at dealers all over the mid west for new 2022 sea doo, These guys called ME stating they had one in stock with parts ready to go. I put a 500 deposit down, and was in contact for them for 5 days before taking a vacation day, driving 5 hours, to get there and be told they made a mistake the unit was still waiting on parts from the dealer and couldn't be sold, and they knew about it they day before and didn't call to stop me from wasting my time and money. NOW 4 weeks later I'm still emailing, and calling every day trying to get my Refundable hold payment of 500 back they are holding hostage, They were quick to take it, but after HORRIBLE communication, no remorse for their screw up, No apology from management staff, they wont refund my money. Will be writing negative reviews, reporting the charge as fraudulent with CC company, and contacting any other agency I can until they refund my money. 100% would not not use...
