THE TECH RAN A BIOS UPDATE AND THE SCREEN RESYNCED AND THE TOUCH MODE STARTED BACK WORKING. HE SAID THIS WAS CAUSED BECAUSE A NEW CABLE WAS INSTALLED AND NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. I got my son Xbox fixed here and he had it for a few days he didn’t use it until his new tv arrived the after plugging up game didn’t come on and we notice the HDMI part was loose we call the shop he said bring it in I set on the lot for awhile catching up with something’s on my email the guy text me back and stated that they can’t fix the game under warranty because it looks like customer damage it by dropping it what a joke he wanted me to pay another $160 to fix the game for the same issue that I took it in for. Took my son’s PS5 in because it was cutting on and right back off. The owner plugged it in while I was there and told me it was a power issue and told me how much it would be to fix it. I was given an invoice with that amount and the taxes. After 4 days I called for an update and was told they were still working on it. After a week and a half of not getting an update I called and the owner said it couldn’t be fixed and I can pick it up anytime. I went to get it and the amount on the invoice the owner had was scratched out and a $49 diagnostic fee was written down. I was never informed that if it couldn’t be fixed I would be assessed a fee of any amount. I still have the original invoice he gave me and the diagnostic section is blank.
