ALSO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE INVOICE HE HAVE AND NOT THE ONE HE GIVES YOU BECAUSE HE WILL ADD, SCRATCH OFF AND REVISE SERVICES AND FEES RECORD YOUR CONVERSATION BEFORE DROPPING OFF YOUR PROPERTY AND WHILE PICKING IT UP. Read moreTook my son’s PS5 in because it was cutting on and right back off. The owner plugged it in while I was there and told me it was a power issue and told me how much it would be to fix it. I was given an invoice with that amount and the taxes. After 4 days I called for an update and was told they were still working on it. After a week and a half of not getting an update I called and the owner said it couldn’t be fixed and I can pick it up anytime. I went to get it and the amount on the invoice the owner had was scratched out and a $49 diagnostic fee was written down. I was never informed that if it couldn’t be fixed I would be assessed a fee of any amount. I still have the original invoice he gave me and the diagnostic section is blank.
