At first, I was a big fan of this shop. They were knowledgeable about their product and helped me quickly make a decision. Every experience after was terrible. The guys all seemed very snobby. They were more interested in their friends hanging out than they were about answering questions. They were condescending to me and another customer who didn't really know much about "vaping". The next time I came in, the new guy sold me the wrong type of juice for my particular rig. The owner laughed it off when I came back to exchange it, and wouldn't exchange the liquid. Upon my final visit, the same kid sold me the wrong Om coil for my tank. Again, it was laughed off. Maybe these kids that opened their first business should spend less time keeping their pitbull from running out the front door and more time learning the ins and outs of basic customer service. Best vape shop in the area bar none. They are extreamly knowledgeable and helpful. They've helped me since day one taught me the basics and helped me advance to where I vape today. Always super friendly. Best customer service in the area. Even when I messed up and asked for the wrong coils. Not only did they replace it they apologized when it was completely my fault. They'll even take the time to buld a pair pf coils for my rda. I would highly recommend this shop. I have never been here before, but with civid-19 closing shops near me, and having my last coil burned out very badly, I frantically called around and only this group of amazing people came through for me. I was ready to buy a whole new tank or two as the initial search of inventory didn't produce any coils for my Zeus tank... But after another deep dive they came up with coils for me. Thank you all so much I ordered Friday morning and by noon Saturday I had my coils and my taste buds are singing on Mount High....was really worried I was going to have to go back to stinky cigarettes......
