Walked in today... fully intent on purchasing an AR 15, optic, extra magazines, quad rail, and mounted light... however when I walked in, there were two people in the store. What appeared to be 3 employees, and one of the two customers was leaving as I walked in. I walked around, looked at all the rifles they had displayed, looked at the hand guns. Looked at the optics. Took probably 10 minutes. Walked over and looked at the two guys standing behind the counter talking. Shook my head and walked out. Not one of the employees even bothered to acknowledge that I was there and might possibly need some help. Not even to say, “give us a minute and we will be right with you.”
I have shopped here before they expanded. Never have I ever had this issue before. It used to be that when you walked in SOMEONE always said hello. I have bought 3 guns here myself previously. I will not purchase anything from here again. I see that growth is not always a good thing.

The second time, they argued with me about fixing it that day (I needed the handgun for work). They ended up gluing the sights on. I probably could have done a cleaner job with the glue myself. They just didn't want to be bothered. REPLY TO THE REPLY - You expect me to believe that you remember the exact events a year later??? You DID NOT explain that the slide was improperly cut. You DID NOT offer to send my service weapon back to the manufacturer. As a matter of fact you gave the strong impression that you did not have time for me at all, so what you said was curt and short. AND a second gunsmith confirmed that you had done was poor. The exact words that the irritable man used upon returning my service weapon was "glue." Read moreI found Ron and Jos through an auction site and I'm glad I did. I got tied up at work and missed the auction. I gave them a call to see if the pistol was still available or if they had another and fortunate for me , they did. These guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answered my calls and returned calls when I had left a message. Ron even seemed grateful and thanked me for for the business, unlike many other gun shops that act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. Real customer service is still alive here. They even went out of their way to get my FFL's info as he was dragging his feet. The guys were very personable and knowledgeable when I had questions. I wish they were closer to me!
