T-Mobile at Sam's Club — Local services in O'Fallon

If you want to get scammed this is the place for you. Signed up in April 2024 with my family. “Chuck” gave us a great special deal to transfer over to T-mobile, instantly had major problems.

He told us to lie about one of our trade ins about the damage to try to scam tmobile into giving us a free phone. Said he does it all the time blah blah, ended up with the bew phone after they denied it amd had to pay that in full.

He gave us an insiders code to give us an actually good discount and that it would apply right away. Still dealing with that, wild.

Aaronthe manager is a joke. My wife has dealt with him for over a year and has ghosted her, and lied to her countless times. I contacted him very upset with how the timeline is, and he refused to speak with me.

Do not go with these people. They are liars and scammers.

Today I visited the T-Mobile location in Fairview Heights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the store, my companion and I were not greeted, leaving us feeling ignored. One of the employees even glanced our way but chose not to engage with us. This lack of customer service has been a consistent issue during my visits to this location.
