Guardian Storage Fox Chapel — Local services in O'Hara Township

Great security, facility is gated, requiring a passcode to open the gate to enter and exit. The building where my unit was is spotless, and well lit. I always felt safe. Bob Rogers who works in the Fox Chapel location is so helpful, kind and friendly. Always a pleasure to deal with. Bob is truly a great asset at this location. I have rented there for about 5 years. Bob has always been so helpful with any circumstances that arose, and I never was left to feel upset or unhappy with the outcome. I genuinely mean this. I feel he takes pride in what he is doing and it shows. He is 90% of the reason I rate this location so high, so thank you Bob, it has been a pleasure doing business there. Matt and Lauren were very accommodating! I called and bugged them maybe 6 times in one day asking questions as I was making moving arrangements. I even changed the unit capacity a couple times before i finally settled in a 5x10 climate controlled unit. I moved in a couple days after making the initial reservation, so the whole process was swift and painless! I felt very secure and comfortable leaving my U-Haul out front while I moved everything into the unit! There were 2 moving carts available for me to use which expedited things alot! I stored excess furniture and other belongings at Guardian's Fox Chapel location for a number of years, moving from a smaller unit to a larger unit during that time. I moved out about 2 weeks ago only because I purchased a larger home. I've been consistently impressed with the level of customer service received during every interaction with Guardian employees. The 24/7 access to the facility has been extremely convenient over the years. As I sort through belongings at my new home I find that I may again need a storage space and would not hesitate to use Guardian again...
