Bought a window AC from the town we live in, we gave them the measurements of the one that was not cooling any more. They didn't have one on hand, but did at another store 30 miles away. The lady gave us a cost, and said it would be at their store in two days. The unit was not the dimensions we gave her, it was to big They told us to cut the hole bigger to make it fit. That wasn't going to happen, we wanted a credit back on own debit card, but the lady said she can't or didn't know how to do that. We drove to the main story and talked to the manager, about the problem we had with the lady, he was upset, he ordered the AC that would fit in the opening, two days later we had a new one. The manager said he would speak to the lady about returning the money to the debit card, the manager did it in his store. Makes we wonder if we should go back...

We were in desperate need of a certain type of drop-in cooktop stove. We took a chance, drove from Neligh to O'Neill to Krotters, and found exactly what we needed. The price was even less than others we had looked at. Joe and a very lovely lady (working at the counter) took very good care of us. We were ready for lunch then, and the lady even gave us a wonderful recommendation, the Country Club! The staff at Krotters...
