Magic Strollers — Local services in Oak Ridge

Just rented a Double GT Stroller from Magic Stroller and the experience was great. I've rented the exact same stroller from Kingdom Stroller and someone else I can't remember. Magic Stroller prices in the middle of the pack but the stroller I received was the best. Now how can it be the best if it was the same stroller ? First thing is that it seemed pretty new. Now I might have just been lucky to receive a stroller at the beginning of it's rental life span. Second is the accessories which was important to me. The stroller bag that can hold drinks and cell phones and a cell charger (Must for Disney) was very securely placed on the stroller. The logistics were perfect in comparison to the other stroller companies that had the bag but was not very functional. The other big plus was the rain cover. Other companies use a very plastic stinky glob of a cover whereas Magic Stroller was much softer and fit nicely over the stroller and didn't make me feel like I was trapping my children in a plastic dungeon. Effortless to book a double stroller on a last min call. We had to leave ours at home cause of space issues in the car. I forgot to do the booking ahead of schedule (life happens) so I had to do the booking upon arrival to Orlando. It was seamless. I called after placing the reservation and there was someone available during the holiday hours on short notice. Easy to pick up, was ready within 30mins. The guy had great customer service, offered me a black colored version of the blue that I ordered cause I had concerns about some small stains. It was easy to drop off. I Rented a stroller for 10 days in magic and the experience was bad, the man who gave me the stroller treated me in a bad way because when he gave it to me I told him that it was with flat wheels and in poor general condition, torn fabric and very neglected. I asked him to give me another and in a bad way he brought me another in the same conditions. It also does not have glass support accessories, as if it does the kingdom stroller. I really do not recommend renting here in other places the strollers are almost new. When I returned the stroller, a woman told me that they were going to give me a refund for my complaint, but I still haven't seen...
