I went in two different occasions to address issues with my phone caused by changing the SIM card from Sprint to T Mobile. Neither time was I given much help, and the second time I was told my phone might just be broken and they didnāt provide tech support. Pointing out the problems were caused instantly when I switched SIM cards did nothing. A phone call to T Mobile had a LOVELY customer rep in the Philippines fixing the severe problems quickly.
However, I still rate three stars as I called the store to let them know and received the lovely Nicole on the phone. She said that more could have been done, the reps should have called tech support if they didnāt know how to help, and sheād be speaking with them all. When I told her what was done that actually fixed the phone, she said that was what they should have done there and that she realized I hadnāt been listened to. Good management, which I believe will address the issues I faced so future customers can avoid it. (Nicole, I will def tell them to call you, like you said, if needed and youāre not there....

The store manager immediately gave me the impression thatbshe actually cared about helping me choice the right servixe/Phone combo that was right for me.
