While I love the convenient location of this Weigel’s, it doesn’t help if the large new touchscreen machines don’t work. It wouldn’t read my chip, the tap payment wouldn’t work with my card or my phone (which it has an icon of showing that you can use it), the help button didn’t work and the call attendant button didn’t work. I eventually called on the phone and someone came out to help. She tried what she could but nothing worked. The only reason it is not lower is because I appreciated her attempts. This particular pump has had several issues and while they’ve come out to fix it several times, it appears that it continues to have problems and it hasn’t actually been fixed. Goes by Noah, never fails to have such a great vibe and smile, always willing to go beyond to help you find what you need. Nice to see he’s picked a better company to be at, 5 years I have watched him help handy cap in anyway he can, willing to help take stuff to your car and much more. Read moreWorst gas pump I've ever used. Thing's so slow. It took about 35 seconds for it to tell me I'd entered the zip code for my card wrong, then kept bugging out from there. Completely, unnecessarily a touch screen. The way pumps have worked forever was fine. Why change stuff if the old way wasn't an issue? The gas pump equivalent to the type of person who wastes 2k on the new iPhone because the screen is 0.003mm wider and it has an extra camera. Yuck. So glad this isn't the Weigel's...
