K&R Furniture — Local services in Oakdale

We bought a king size bed and a new sectional there, price was about 5,300 for everything. The delivery was the next day and when the people delivered it the tore a big scrape down the center of the leather wedge while bringing it in the house. We called the lady at the furniture store while they were still here and informed her of what happened and asked if there was anyone that could come out and fix it. So the lady said let her call corporate and see what they want to do about it, she calls us back a few minutes later and says corporate said to leave it here so we have a complete couch to sit on while they ship a new wedge in, it'd take a few weeks. Three weeks go by so we call the lady back at the store asking about the wedge and twice now she's told us let me call corporate and I'll call you right back and nothing. Don't go here if you want good service and them to stay good to their word. We just wanted the new couch that we paid for and now it looks like we are going to have to pay for legal action just to get it. They sold me a television as new tv but it turned out that tv was a refurbished tv I'll never do business with them again and do not recommend...
