We had a experience with Hertz who we have a membership with. Zero cars available even with a premium car reserved. They were just out. The part that REALLY bothered me was the guy standing at the booth when you leave the lot was the rudest guy I've met in a long time! We drove up, we said hi in return got a nasty look. He just said contract and license, just grabbed it out of my hand, I tried to tell him about a large scratch and mark on the door he ignored me shoved that paper back at me and slammed his door or window of the shack and opened the gate! I would book directly from their website or app. That being said, the process of renting a vehicle here with all the vendors has always been smooth.
