I'll start with the only positive of our entire experience. The salesperson was very pleasant and helped us select a great dining set & a couple of chairs for our lanai. From there, things went downhill quickly, and no one here, including the manager, managed to stop it. Mistake after mistake was made, starting with placing the order (a week after our actual order date, which affected our expected delivery date - before Thanksgiving). We didn't find out they neglected to place our order until the day it was supposed to be delivered. They never called us prior to let us know of the mistake & that our delivery would be late. This happened twice more (and the Mgr himself was guilty of failing to notify us of delays & fix the QC issues with their products) during the five MONTHS we waited for our furniture to be delivered & without defects, which brings me to my final complaint. You don't wait and call your customer the DAY of the expected delivery to tell them it's not coming. People have jobs & responsibilities which requires planning, and you were very disrespectful of our time. Furthermore, for $3000+ you'd think when you finally get the furniture it would be the quality you expected. Nope. Either the material had defects or they ruined it when they put it together. As a Mgr myself, I can say the Mgr of this establishment failed misersbly to "stop the bleeding" and ensure there were no more mistakes with our order, after the very first one. A word of advice, take ownership of your mistakes, correct them, and ensure they don't snowball on the same order, as it did with ours. Be HONEST & communicate with your customers regarding the manufacture & delivery time of your furniture. Had you done that, the outcome & this review would be much different. You just dropped the ball and never bothered picking it up. If you're overwhelmed, then inform customers it will take more than 8 weeks to make & deliver the furniture. People make plans, and for you to disrespect them by not communicating & making excuses is absolutely unacceptable. We had a really positive experience at Palm Casual. The sales manager was fantastic – incredibly helpful and informative. They didn't just answer our questions, they really educated us on patio furniture options and considerations we hadn't even thought of. We were impressed by the vast selection and the staff's deep knowledge of their products.

While the pricing was a bit higher than we initially expected for a direct-from-warehouse type store, the quality and breadth of choices were undeniable. We tend to refresh our patio design more frequently, so investing top dollar isn't always the best fit for us. However, if you're looking for durable, high-quality patio furniture that you plan to keep for 5+ years, Palm Casual is definitely worth a visit.

What a pleasant experience...zero sales pressure from the very friendly and helpful store personnel in this family run business. We had been looking for patio/outdoor and finding very high prices on the furniture we liked. Went to Palm Casual because of a friend's recommendation and we're extremely happy that we did. Found excellent quality furniture (same styles and quality of the high end stores) with far more reasonable "factory" prices and same choices in Sunbrella weather resistant fabric coverings. Outstanding customer service with lifetime guarantee and free delivery, too. Delivery personnel also great..friendly and helpful, will set up furniture outside for you even if you aren't home when they arrive. We've been back several times to do more shopping and continued to be impressed with great selection, best prices and excellent service each time. Definitely recommend...
