Thank you for everything you've done for me and my cat. I spent a lot of time searching to try and find the right person to care for her after her passing, and I'm very glad that I ended up trusting you with her.

For the people reading reviews, know that if you are looking for a personal project done for your pet, this is the place to go. Every other taxidermist I called was not even prepared for the level of empathy required to work with pets, and some of them straight up said they just won't do it. I highly recommend just calling him straight out and not looking anywhere else. If you have preferences, let him know. If you don't know what you want, he will work with you to figure it out. He helped me figure out things I didn't even know I wanted until it was brought up.

Hands down one of the best experiences with a human that I have ever had. He genuinely cares not just about the customer, but the pet. Very informative! He gave me options I didn't even know were a thing, despite my research beforehand. I would highly recommend going through Rancak for any pet needs. He informed me also of all of the warnings on what may or may not happen in certain circumstances. So on the personal aspect, which is very important in these types of situations especially, he balances the personal aspect and business side very well. If nothing else, this is entirely worth it.

For how the product turned out, I got my cat's arm on a keychain. I was given several options on how this could turn out, and he did exactly as was asked. My wife and I went through our first pet death December of 2023. My wife knew immediately that she wanted to have the skull of our babygirl. From diagnosis to death, the process of deciding how to honor her postmortem came quickly. We found Tom through research and he was timely in retrieving Mama's body and very respectful of our grief and desires.

He made the economic exchange comfortable and accessible for us and her remains were ready to be picked up 7 months later.

Pick up was also seamless and very comfortable. Upon seeing her in her new physical state, we were alarmed by a couple of things as novices to this experience and Tom was so effective in clarifying our concerns and helping us understand what we hadn't before.

When our two other fur children transcend this realm, we will definitely be asking Tom to preserve their remains, too.
