Road going steep down , only strong person can hold wheelchair without letting it loose. Chair for putting handicap person to the water is broken and cover, kids using it for play. Deep steps to water 6 feet deep. Only 4 steps than you have to jump. Kids blocking stairs by standing jumping and playing. My husband got kicked in hia spine and person who was watching this area care less about anything. I can"t believe someone can run place like that.
