I would highly recommend Carlos as an independent certified jewelry appraiser. My wife and I found him to be very professional, knowledge and trustworthy. We had recently purchased two rings from a “jewelry event” at a local jewelry store. We wanted an independent appraisal and made an appointment with Carlos less than one week after the purchase.
