Here comes an amazing review for this salon and the hair stylist Jackie. I went on here to find a hairstylist to fix my hair from another stylist and I'm new to Florida so you can imagine how nervous I was. When I went online and found this salon it had so many great reviews on the professionalism and about the stylists. So then I went further into looking and saw all these wonderful reviews about Jackie. Everyone was raving about her and how wonderful she is so I thought ok why not I'll try it out and see how she is. Well when I went to a consultation she was amazing on what needed to be done and how she will make those changes. So I had my appointment yesterday on 3/21/2022 and all I can say is WOW!! She is a true artist and she listens to your needs and delivers!! I wanted to cry afterwards because I was so upset about how my hair was with another stylist and she basically turned into my fairy godmother. I absolutely love it. I'm so glad I went online to research salons and their stylists. If it wasn't for the reviews on here not sure if I would of gone. So that is why I'm posting a book here. I am a 52 year old women and have been seeing my last hairstylist for 25+ years so to say the least when I had to move I was very nervous to start all over again. But I now can honestly say I will be back over and over and I highly recommend this salon and Jackie. I'm sure they have more wonderful stylist there but thank you Jackie for making this woman have a wonderful...

I have been a customer at this salon for the first couple of months of me first moving to Florida.. I initially liked their work even though they were super pricy .. I recommended them to a friend once and because she was in a specific budget and needed certain simple accommodations.. I asked before I brought her in and they said that they’ll totally work with her ..

I brought her with me and came back the next day ... they complicated things for her but I tried to jump in and reached a compromise with them ... they gave her an appointment and when we came for her appointment, they were like yeah actually the place with extra privacy we agreed on just got occupied and the price for what you need to do is higher than we talked about last time :/.

I was furious because they wasted my time taking me back and forth for something that I had asked about before I even brought my friend in..

They were super RUDE and unprofessional .. so went to the blue salon on the next plaza (first one we found on our way tbh ) and they not only accommodated her privacy needs, but also gave her half the price and we walked out as happy customers

I’m never going back to a place that does not respect my time and the religion of my friend. Let alone not give a thought to the fact that I was a recurring customer...

Wow, wow, wow. I am so glad I picked this salon to fix my hair. I have hashimotos and hypothyroidism and my hair was wrecked. Almost overnight it because incredibly dry, course, and intensely difficult to work with. I had a hard time even brushing my hair and it would not accept moisture. I went here in hopes a keratin treatment would work, but the manager Jessica saw my appointment and emailed me and recommended I get nanoplastia instead because it doesn’t have formaldehyde or harsh chemicals in it. I went in hoping for the best and that’s exactly what was delivered. My hair felt even better than it did when it was in its prime! It felt so smooth and hydrated and I felt so pretty after that. The stylist Jackie was so kind and she also did research on my condition to have a better understanding on what was going on with my hair and why it gets like that. She also trimmed my hair of all the dead ends and I can’t explain how good that feels. I really can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done and I will for sure be going back from now...
