Country Kennel Resort — Local services in Odenville

I am responding to the post by Kathrine McGraw.....I am the person that was in the parking lot when the alleged incident happened. For the record I can drive and common sense tells a driver that you park between the lines in parking spaces. There are NO lines in front of the porch much less right in front of the driveway. I saw the owner speaking to Ms. McGraw, she never raised her voice. I saw no behavior that indicated the owner was being confrontational in anyway. I have been using Country Kennel since the day they opened and have had nothing but great experiences from EVERYONE there. My fur baby loves the staff and the staff spoils her rotten which is perfectly okay with me. I highly recommend all the services they offer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DIDNT HAVE MY SON'S DOG IN THE COMPUTER,AND SHE HADN'T BEEN BATHE THIS WAS AT 1108 AM THEY CLOSE AT 12 AND THE RECEPTIONIST KEPT LETTING ME KNOW SHE WAS FILLING IN FOR SOMEONE ELSE, AND THAT SHE REALLY DIDNT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON,WHEN SHE FINALLY FOUND MY SON'S DOG SHE STARTED RUSHING ME TELLING ME THEY CLOSE AT 12 AND THAT THEY HAD TO GO TO LUNCH THE NERVES OF THIS ONE,SO I SAID SHE NEEDS A BATH SHE TOLD ME OK AND THAT THEY WOULD DRY HER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE,THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES AND SHE DIDNT OFFER ANY DISCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I ASKED SHE BRUSHED IT OFF SAYING THAT SHE'S NOT ARTHUR TO DO SO OK WELL GET SOMEONE WHO CAN. I was nervous about boarding our babies bc they arent social. We are fairly new to Alabama and dont get company so they dont take to people much. We needed a place that could be loving caring and understanding. We found country kennels and took a tour and liked what we seen but was a little nervous about what our babies would do. We left them and prayed it would have been ok. They were AMAZING. they kept us updated and kept us informed on the progress of our babies. Before you knew it they were playing and socializing and even being held and hugged by the staff there.
