Mosies the general manager is a fraud, do not trust him! They sold me a 2019 Newly built mobile home MAY2019 and they mounted it JULY 2019. When i went to go view my house before moving in there was a used condom in the toilet and the shower was used, the contractor manuel stated that it might of been from the workers prior to that day (DISGUSTING) should of known it was going down hill from there. By August 2019 my house started cracking and breaking from the inside out, My shower is currently broken from the inside. My jacuzzi is placed incorrectly causing even more cracks. and my inside walls are cracking . I have been calling this company to get assistance since August of last year and no help has came my way, I had to call my insurance agent to assist me in this matter because no other person would help me. 2 weeks ago We were able to reach mosies and my agent had me on the phone. I had muted myself and he up front stated that he is not fawned on me , that I over exaggerate. my agent defended me and let him know that I have been dealing with this complaint since last year and my mortgage stated that they have not heard back from Moises and that the best thing to do is go to the state. Mosies stated that i can do what i want. He than called manuel and had him on speaker for us to hear and he told him to come out and take pictures. Manuel came that next week and he took pictures and he let me know that all the repairs needed will have to go through my warranty that does not go through me or mosies .I called moises from palm harbor to get the number to warranty and as i was waiting to speak with the warranty company mosies was trying to speak for me when i specifically asked to speak with them. once i told him and my agent that i was recording the call because this has happened before to where they state something that ends up being false information, Mosies got highly upset and shouted over the phone that i have no right to record and due to that he is not going to help me and for me to get the phone number to the warranty company and do it myself. I let him know if he could transfer us to her since he was already speaking to her and he shouted NO YOU CAN CALL HER. my agent let him know that all calls are recorded regardless because she is an insurance company and that he treated me very unprofessionally. This is by far the worst service i have ever dealt with the manager marks a very bad name to the company, please do not make the same...

4 months since we started this process that should have been over long ago. We have had so many issues it is sickening. First our sales guy gets fired, then they deliver the wrong house to our property. The one we finally settled on still isn’t 100 what we chose. Moises offers a 500 gift card to make up for thousands of dollars worth of mistakes. Calls and lies to us, Me specifically because the thinks he can bully me. He has lied about things being done and installed. I have been to the property daily and he’s assured me it was done well NO IT WASN'T IM STANDING HERE LOOKING. The people he has chose for electric suck. I would give 0 stars if it was avail and will never recommend this place or another palm harbor because of the experience we have had with them. I have never in my life had so many issues and someone try so hard to cover it up and play like he’s the good guy. Customer service and communication are key to everything and this place has none of that. I feel so sorry for the sales team and other members of palm harbor from other parts of the company that they have to deal with GM’s like this. Palm harbor needs to re think and reorganize their management positions. And all these fake prob paid off good reviews I do not believe a one of them. Worst experience EVER! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. As 1st time buyers we expected a lot more. If I could give zero stars I would! To start off my husband had differences with the manager Moises due to change of prices but at the end came to an agreement. At the signing of papers no one from the company showed up. What kind of professional person does that.?! We ended up signing because we had lived in a travel trailer for 3 years and were anxious to have a bigger space. We signed in January of this year and they are yet to finish the house. They told us we could live in the house and that they would work around us. We were fine with that, but not if it’s going to take them more than 2 months to finish some details that can be finished in a day. There are several mobile homes that have moved in this subdivision way after us and that are all complete. We have tried everything to get this house done but it seems like they don’t care. We have a list of details that we can nag about but we are tired of this situation. We are ready to speak to the bank that loaned us, and let them know that we no longer want this house. We don’t know what else to do because it seems that no one cares! They haven’t even paid the $500 to the person that recommended us. Which was supposed to be paid as soon as we signed.
