Scott Cauthern is Terrible- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH- Marissa was helpful but as soon as we were transferred to Scott it went downhill. We went back and forth through email a few days before the rental was needed and typically set up a credit account and issue a PO- we are a fairly big pipeline contractor. The morning the rental was supposed to be on site we were told that we needed to pay the full month rent on a credit card which we would prefer not to do but will do in an emergency. Scott would not let us speak and insisted we were told we needed to pay by credit card before hand which was not the case. We assumed the machine would be on the road and would get a call if there were any issues as we have rented from Warren Cat numerous times. Ultimately Scott would not let us speak and insisted HE did not want to do business with us when i asked why we weren't notified of this before the day of delivery and ended up hanging up on us. We will never rent from Warren again and i would recommend you not either unless you want issues the day...

This place is the worst ever. They don’t accept cores if they are not Cat. Then when you tell them that you just want to be refunded because you don’t want to spend 1400 more because they don’t accept your core they look at you all dumbfounded. ………….UPDATE. ….Actually I want to thank you for being so terrible, you see when I left there I drove straight Rush Peterbilt with the part number on my purchase/refund and bought the exact same turbo for 300.00 less and guess what yep you guessed it the accepted the core you would not without hesitation. Lol....

Their unwillingness to pay for an accident caused by one of their employees is outrageous. She only wanted the damages to her car paid for after it was slammed into by one of their employees in a golf cart in their parking lot now I hope she sues them for pain and suffering and anything else she can get due to their greedy and inconsiderate actions...
