Their bourbon is exceptional — rich, smooth, and crafted with care — and what makes it truly special is that it’s distilled in the original pot stills from the historic Staley family. There's something magical about sipping a bourbon that’s been made the old-fashioned way, just like it was centuries ago.

Owners Joe and Missy are some of the nicest, most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. Their passion for history, quality spirits, and genuine hospitality is obvious from the moment you walk in the door. They go out of their way to make every visitor feel like part of the family.

And of course, Benny deserves a huge shout-out — he’s a legend in his own right! Whether you're a bourbon connoisseur or just curious, this place is a must-visit. I can’t recommend Indian Creek Distillery highly...

Our first visit to the Stillhouse was in February, 2016 and we've been back many times since. The premium whiskeys they produce at Indian Creek Distillery are indescribable--like nothing we ever tasted before. Just amazing! We are so lucky to have America's oldest operating stills here in the Miami Valley. We're also fortunate that the Staley family chose to not only bring back their family heritage of distilling, but to open their homestead up to history buffs and fine whiskey connoisseurs.
