Manny and Adam are EXCELLENT! Manny responded incredibly promptly right after I spoke to Roth at Johnson Fitness to help me sort out some issues with my Horizon 7.8 Treadmill. After purchasing the treadmill, the handle with a rotatory knob for interval training wasn't working. A part was shipped to my house, and Manny was there in a matter of a day or two diagnosing the problem and figuring out that it was merely a circuit that needed to be re-connected to fix the issue.

He also came by to take a look at the treadmill belt (which seemed to be tracking to one side of the machine due to some odd inclines in my garage) and adjusted it, taught me how to do it myself in the future, and did a full lubrication/service on the machine while he was there. He also noticed that one of the screws from the back of the machine was missing at this time and went out of his way to make sure a new part was shipped to my house, communicated with me promptly, and came over to fix the issue in a day or two later with his Co-worker Adam.

Manuel & the SD Fitness Service team were AWESOME!! Highly reccommend -- very thorough and professional. We were setting up a new home gym and they helped us install two complex weight machines.

Even when we had an issue with missing parts (not their fault obviously, had purchased from another company) they were so nice and helpful in determining the list of all missing pieces so I could follow up with the manufacturer and get the missing parts shipped.

This meant they had to come back again a different day to finish the install and they were super accommodating with scheduling - he made sure to come back the next day after I recieved the missing parts so that they could get the machines up and running as quickly as possible!

Super thorough, professional, and efficient -- worked quickly and kept everything clean and organized. They even took all the cardboard and trash away with them which was a huge help!

Pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work it took. Manuel also took the time to walk me through the machines after they were installed and answered any questions I had.

Manuel was great! He returned my initial phone call within 20 minutes, said he could make it out same day between 1 and 3 PM for the battery replacement on our c9i Lifecycle, texted us @ 2:15 that he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes, and he was. He advised us in his initial phone call that minimum service call charge would be $175.

The battery replacement was very straightforward for him. We had already bought the replacement battery and had planned on replacing it ourselves, but the screws holding the shrouds in place covering the batteries are kind of a nightmare to remove and (and especially to) replace unless you have the right tools. Thank you NOT! Life Fitness! He had all the right tools, knew exactly what to to do and did the entire repair, from start to finish in ~40 minutes...it would have taken us, by my guess, 4-5 hours to get through the project and likely have stripped the screws with the hand tools I have. $$ well-spent and the bike is working great again. He will be our 1st choice for any future fitness...
