Riechmann Bros. LLC — Local services in Okawville

First let me start off by saying that this is the first review I had ever posted…that is how frustrated I am and how terrible my experience was with Riechmann Bros. in Okawville.

I called the Okawville location on Friday morning to ask if they still had the rotary cutter I saw advertised online which they did. I ask if they were firm on the price and was told the the online price was what they needed to get for it. I said ok and that I would be in tomorrow to look at it. He said that was fine.

I notice on Friday afternoon that the online price had gone up by $200. That seemed a little shady to me, but I decided to still go in and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Saturday morning, I grabbed my trailer, loaded up the family and drive 30min to go buy the rotary cutter. When I arrived I was told that they have moved the mower to their Centralia location. Why would they do that if they knew I was coming??? He tells me that it is a hot item. I told him that it had been posted online for almost a month to which he told me that it just got hot. 7/15/2022 We called in about a 9500 combine. When we asked for details on the combine. The salesman wondered what state we’re calling from n said well I don’t have time to sell a combine out of state there just isn’t enough hrs in a day.
