I've personally paid for over 10 plots at Hillcrest. Currently, I own several more plots. My relationship with the Hillcrest family extends over 3 generations. Since Luke left it has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After countless UNRETURNED calls I personally drove out there. I spoke to CHAISEY today (manager) who was rude, unapologetic and unaccountable. I'm STILL AWAITING a call right. Ive asked to speak to the owner today (of whom a name and or number cant be provided per CHAISEY. Lets see how long this takes. O wont hold my breath.
