I tried to buy a double pack of raw papers. They didn't have them. I bought a vape battery here based on the recommendation of the guy at the counter. I got it home, followed the instructions got it all charged and set up. It threw a connection error for 2 different carts. While I was looking up fixes (none for that error) I found out they charged $30 over the MSRP from the manufacturer's website. I went back and tried to get a refund. Same guy was there again. He said we don't do refunds or exchanges it's on your receipt and on the sign on the wall but I'll give you a better one. Was not informed of this whole being checked out before purchasing. Got it home, followed the instructions. Tried it with 3 different carts. Nothing. Watched YouTube videos on it.. Won't connect. MSRP for that one is $25 more than I paid. I have a brick of useless e waste now. Okay customer service, bad products and way over priced. I live close and will go elsewhere....

I most definitely won’t be shopping here at the vape side or the dispo side anymore. I went there at 5:30 am because they’re the only shop open. They only take cash right now so I had to use the atm and get charged a fee. I pay for my vape and try it out before I leave and it immediately keeps firing after you hit it. It even had an “error” message that came across. I showed the guy working and all he could say that he’s the low night guy and he can’t give me a new one. I have to wait until 8 am when someone else is there. I’ve been working since 6pm last night. I do not want to have to wait another 2 hours just to “try and hope I get a new vape”.
