Nail Status — Local services in Oklahoma City

Went in today and everything was going well up until it was time for the nail design my nail artist told me she could do the design with regular polish then she started messing up and she had started saying if I had chose gel polish then she would be able to do the design then I had told her if she didn’t tell me she could do it w polish then I’d do gel but asked her to do all one color since the designs weren’t working out then she caught a bit of an attitude saying she said that she would try to do it that she didn’t say she could which if she did say that then I simply would have gotten gel polish and I have just had a baby and this was the first thing I did for myself I thought it would make me feel nice but it was quite the opposite I was made to feel like a fool and when I couldn’t control my emotions because of the way the nail artist was being a bit rude to me and cried and she was looking at me like I was stupid and not offered an...

I get really bad ingrown toenails. At other places they are usually able to dig them out for the most part but always grow tired of it and just move on. The tech(Kimmy)that did my toes worked on them until she got every single bit of it out. She got multiple tools out and took her time to make sure she got all of it. If you have ever had an ingrown nail then you will understand how appreciated this was. This will become my new salon!! The only thing that I can complain about is that if they take gel off your toes and you choose not to get gel back on they charge five extra dollars but it's a small price to pay to be able to walk again!!! I spent $50.50 on a set of acrylics that are bubbly, disfigured & in no way resemble the shape of a fingernail (done by "Amity ") & $160 ($20 tip) on a set of eyelashes that had quite a bit of fall out directly after & tho Liz was able to remedy that issue - If you're looking for a 1 time set and have no desire to keep them up , she's your girl. I expressed to her I wanted to keep them up & she in no way mentioned that she in fact has no availability to do so...No other lash tech will fill another tech's work so I am left with waiting on the lashes to fall out & then pay (again) for a full set elsewhere or pay to have them removed, and again filled.
