I used to consider this place my second favorite dispensary — emphasis on used to. I went in this morning and before I was even checked in, the budtender on duty decided it was their job to start trash-talking my #1 dispensary. Really? That’s how you represent your business? By badmouthing competition instead of focusing on customer service or product?

Let’s be clear: I don’t want to hear petty gossip when I’m spending my money. It’s unprofessional, it’s tacky, and it makes the whole shop look insecure. Funny thing is, I’ve been shopping at my #1 for years and not once have I ever heard them say a single negative thing about another dispensary. They let their service and products speak for themselves. That’s what real businesses do.

And while we’re at it — let’s not forget it took this place FIVE MONTHS just to get me the “free shirt” I was promised through their rewards program. I never even left a bad review about that; I just stayed on top of it until I finally got what I was owed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But after today? Absolutely not. (WONT BE ADVERTISING FOR THEM ANYMORE EITHER.

Instead of worrying about competitors, maybe worry about treating your customers with respect. I left without making a purchase and I won’t be back. There are too many options out there to waste time on a dispensary that acts like bitter haters instead of...

Time and time again , they show me why I love them so much. Between the amazing interactions with some of the best bud tenders in Oklahoma, to access to some of the best medicine in Oklahoma, Twistef Roo never disappoints! I’ve been to a few different locations and I’m so happy to see Yukon thriving! I waited what seemed like forever for this one to open because I knew from previous experiences that they were an amazing company! Today proved how even greater they were! A product of mine was leaking through the charging port and without hesitation a call was made and my vape was replaced! Shoutout to them for always making sure their customers are taken care of!!!...

I went in to get information about their gummies and I was made to feel stupid almost instantly. The lady with the longer hair was so fake and superficial i just turned and walked out. I need help with selecting products appropriate for my needs and this store did not want to help me understand their products. ive tried different dispensaries, and i know better to go to new locations. They seem to all suck compared to my local dispensary. At least i learned this lesson and it didnt cost me any money! Wont ever be back there again to be made to...
