I can not say enough good about this company! Actually found him on fb market place and went to his shop in Katy to lay eyes on the couch. Changed my mind about the original couch I went to see and he told us there was used couches in the back. When I went back there me and my hubby immediately laid eyes on this beautiful grey (rooms to go) sectional. This couch was PERFECT for what we were looking for and it barely looked used. He gave us an insanely good deal for Black Friday. We couldn’t pass it up. We literally put $20 down that day and had the couch delivered for free!!! Every step in this process was seamless. He had the couch shampooed and deep cleans before delivery and as a huge plus we were able to set up a very reasonable payment plan. The couch is now payed off and we have had it about 3 months. USE this Company. I’m telling you, you won’t regret it🫶🫶🫶 Thank you, we love cozy! Now my family and friends all have a place to sit and relax when they’re over.

I will NEVER shop with them again . I came in last week thinking this would be a dream & it turned into a nightmare. After picking out my furniture & completing everything I was told after by Justin they only deliver on Thursdays & I needed my furniture on Saturday . Tried to cancel the delivery not even 48 hours after & now because the salesman didn’t comply they dropped furniture at my new home a week later where I currently haven’t even move to. Left the furniture outside in the rain with no heads up or calls then to tell me I can’t cancel it because I signed a 14 day RESELECTION fee. Justin was very rude & unprofessional . I wont recommend this place to anyone . I asked for a hire up to contact me & he acted like he was the only person to talk to....

After a grueling move and two horrible couch buying experiences, I figured third time’s a charm(?) I’ve been eyeing the Luxe 2 sectional for awhile but it’s been out of stock at many places, except for We Live Cozy. Perry, the co-owner, offered to FaceTime me so I could see how beautiful the couch was. It was a painless transaction thru their website and Perry was in communication with me via text on the shipping details. Owen, the kind man who delivered my couch and set it up, even texted me after ensuring my satisfaction with my new comfy couch. 10/10 for great customer service and value. Dog & cat...
