To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment after an experience I had at your casino last night.

While I was there, I found a cell phone that had clearly been lost by another guest. The phone started ringing, and I attempted to give it to two security guards nearby. Shockingly, both of them refused to answer the call or take any meaningful steps to help. So I answered it myself, told the frantic caller where their phone could be found, and did my best to ensure it was returned safely.

The situation became even more troubling when the security guards reported me to a supervisor. This supervisor approached me in a confrontational manner and threatened to throw me out of the casino — all because I try to helped return a lost phone to its owner. Hopefully the owner of the cell phone see this review.

What truly upset me was that the woman on the other end of the phone was clearly distressed and only spoke Spanish. The two security guards, who are Hispanic themselves and clearly could understand her, refused to communicate with her or offer any help. Eventually, the woman handed the phone to someone who spoke English, and I was able to give directions on how to recover the phone.

It’s deeply concerning that your staff would refuse to assist a guest in distress and then turn around and threaten someone trying to help. What kind of message does that send? That lost items won’t be returned? That guests trying to do the right thing will be punished?

To make matters worse, the casino floor was full of “out of service” signs. It looked like close to 100 of the best machines were offline. It really makes me wonder — are these being reserved for the grand opening? Why advertise a full casino experience when so much is shut down?

That supervisor who threatened to throw me out needn’t worry — you won’t be seeing me or my money there again. There are plenty of other casinos around, and frankly, I’m not going to risk my safety on a dangerous road just to be disrespected and threatened for doing the right thing.

If someone loses their phone in your casino, they deserve better than silence and neglect. Turning off the phone and hiding it behind a desk with no attempt to return it is not customer service — it’s the opposite. And if that’s how your security team operates, it makes me seriously question the integrity of your whole...

Do not waste your time stopping here trying to play live dealer games.

No real blackjack, No live dealer roulette, No baccarat, No poker, Location is a complete waste of time.

I feel violated by the dealers and live game pit. They asked for my ID... ok, what ever right? nope!

They took my ID back to the computer forced me to have a players card by making me a players card with out asking me.

I asked after 8 minutes of my ID being off somewhere. I asked what is going on do I get my ID back. The dealer then said the pit boss is making me a plays card. If they would have said I need a players card to play live games then I would have retracted my money and walked out of the building.

On top of all this trauma the Blackjack game is a complete scam it is a free bet scam game. Dealer pushes on a 22 and you can split for free up to 4 times. The amount of time you are given to split vs a dealer bust card are far and few between. I pushed on over 7 hands when I was playing by the dealer getting a 22.

But if the player gets a 22 the...

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Casino! We stayed here 2 times in 1 week, on our way to Colorado, then again on our way back home. They recently did a $78 million renovation which included adding gaming and a brand-new 100 room hotel. The gambling was awesome, I won a few hundred, but my boyfriend won $2000, so that made our trip amazing. On our 1st visit, we got the most amazing, gorgeous, amenity-packed suite. This place was INCREDIBLE! Very modern and large. It included a mini kitchen area with a mini-fridge/wine fridge, a living room with couch chair & large tv, the bedroom with a king size uber-comfortable bed, settee, large tv and storage, and a kick-butt bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet room and double sinks. Aside from the iron/ironing board, it had a very nice clothes steamer. They also provided high quality shampoo/conditioner/ body wash/body lotion. On our 2nd visit, we got a basic room as the suites were sold out but it was gorgeous also. Overall, probably my favorite casino of all the ones I have visited....

Everything was going great until they lost power in half the building. We sat for over 2 hours while the attendants walked around to each machine, one by one to cash people out. Our machine never even came back on in that time frame yet no one was available to help us. We weren’t given any sort of incentive to come back either. We were told by the head of the security team “well we didn’t cause this. It’s not our fault.” Talk about horrible customer service. I will NEVER return here.

Came here to do some work with Burgess Engineering & Testing for the casino, was told that they have a great veggie bowl, so I had to try it! It's really good!!!! I'm living that more and more places are adding vegetarian and vegan options to their menus!
