My boys both attend(ed) Well Wilderness Kids (WWK). My oldest attended for 3 years starting when he was 2 years old. My youngest is in his 3rd year here and both of them love it! They have created special bonds with friends and teachers (Learning Allies) and the memories will last a lifetime! My oldest is in kindergarten now and any chance he gets to spend a day on the farm he is ready and excited. All of the Learning Alllies are specialty Pedoatric OT, PT, SLP and early education specialists. The class ratio is so small that they get plenty of attention to the small details. They are so sweet with the kids and Truely care about each one and meeting them where they are at. They help kids navigate social emotional conflicts with other students or Learning Allies and they learn calming techniques. The farm is full of endless fun. The secret slide. The bee barn. The animals they visit. I can’t say enough good things about WWK, and all of the people that work there. WWK has a special place in all of our hearts!

We are so happy to have found Well Wilderness for my kids. My 4 and 5 year old absolutely love it there and squeal with joy on "nature school" days. They have made so many friends, and have learned so much. Not only do they work on social emotional skills but they also love getting to see the animals and learn about them, and they are learning so much about life and nature. It's been the perfect addition to our homeschool week. Through the feedback and programs that they offer, each learning ally truly cares about the overall wellbeing of your children! We've also used their OT services that were amazing! This place is magical, wonderful and truly a blessing to our family.

My daughters have attended Well Wilderness for two years and has been life changing for their development and our family as a whole! You will not find another opportunity in Kansas City for your child to be surrounded by nature with such thoughtful and caring therapists.

Well Wilderness Kids has been a shining light for our family. My oldest son started attending when he was 3.5 in the middle of winter ā€˜21. When the world was still pretty much shut down, nature was not. Well Wilderness not only fosters a love of nature in the kids but also allows them a place to develop social emotional skills for lifelong learning and relationship building! The learning allies are all specialty trained and also love our kids in obvious ways. We have another son now attending and once our baby is old enough he will go as well! In our minds the experiences the boys gain here are priceless and there’s nowhere else...
