I have seen some bad reviews and almost didn't want to go becouse of them. Glad we didn't base or decision on bad reviews. This was my first time to go to the Cobb Factory. It was pretty decent for the price. The actors were good. The line was a little slow but worth it. I really liked the special effects. There was a 3D part that was litterly 3D. Another cool part was the 3 doors to choose. At one point we had to squeeze through some walls. Wasn't sure if I was going the right way but it was and it's a trip. Go check it out. Also we grabbed 2 coupons that saved us $5 bucks per ticket at Sprite Halloween shop. This spook house wasn't Silio-X or some huge production but it was worth it.

My experience at the Cobb Factory was pretty good. They hyped up the crowd during the wait line and there were some pretty creepy characters but my favorite was Pyramid Head from Silent Hill. Every enjoyable and I'll be returning next year! Happy Halloween! šŸŽƒ

This place has far exceeded any of the haunted houses in Stl. It’s really great. Costumes and props are amazing. The layout and themes are great. Even the section with a maze and 3D illusions. It’s done very well.

We got there at 7:05 pm. The line was very small so we got the general admission tickets. There were about 40 people ahead of us when we got in line.

The first group was not let in until 7:35. It was a two people. The next group was let in about 10 minutes later, but then it stopped.

No one s let in for almost an hour after that. I think they were more occupied with backing the line up in an attempt to sell their speed pass tickets.

The speed pass was on the side and I did notice a few of those going through during that time. There wasn't that many as the line was still small but steadily backing up.

We were let in at 8:40 pm. The entire walk through lasted 25 minutes and I was just walking slow through the place.

The ridiculous wait killed any fun we were going to have inside.

The tactic of milking those extra 5 bucks for the speed pass is a major back fire. Instead of me buying a speed pass on the future, I'll never go back to this place at all.

Inside wasn't bad, but even for the price just is not worth it. Considering you can buy tickets to any other attraction that's much better effects and way faster line movement, this place is just terrible.

Avoid at all costs. I'm going to attempt to get my credit card company to stop payment. For what we spend, the service and entertainment was just awful.

I feel like we were just taken...

The line was an hour long, please someone tell me why is took 3 hours to reach the front. That's just absolutely ludicrous. And really, when you get inside, all there is to see is a bunch of nothing or broken Spirit Halloween products. PERFECT for my 9yo, but if you're over 19, I recommend going somewhere else unless you scare very easily, then this is perfect for you.

Literal pool noodles hanging from the ceiling. How is that even scary? It's not, it's pool noodles. The black light glasses were reused during a pandemic, which is freaking gross. And one of the actors had a can of silly string which was sprayed directly into my eye. That's actually a form of assault given they're not allowed to touch us and I could have lost my sight in my eye if I hadn't turned my head that 1cm further.

If I didn't take my daughter, it would be one star, but because she enjoyed it, I gave you another one. Maybe pull the radio ads for a while and invest in some scenery and some items from Transworld, aside from the squeeze tunnels, lasers, and horns. Spirit Halloween animatronics only last 1 or 2 seasons before they break... but I see they already should know that.

Absolutely NOT worth the cost or the wait, and the flash pass isn't worth it because what's waiting for you inside isn't the right value...

As usual for a haunted house the group I was with decided to pay extra for the fast pass and boy was I glad we did. When we first walked up there were maybe 10-15 people in the fast pass line and we instally thought hey maybe this line will move pretty fast. Nope, still took about 45 minutes to get into a haunted house that only lasted about 15 minutes. While the haunted house part was alright, there wasn't much of a scare factor, instead just a bunch of actors that lead you on a wild goose chase. And while their opening spiel stated our actors won't touch you so don't touch them, it didn't keep them from trapping you in corners with their faces inches from yours. Periodically the above issue caused us to have to stop and wait so members of our group could catch up. While I don't think I would ever waste my time here again, for anyone looking to do this make sure you spend the extra on a fast pass, or else you will be spending your whole night...
