My husband, Tyler, and I listed our beautiful Seminole Heights 1400 sq. ft. blue bungalow (built in the early 1920’s) with the amazing realtor, Colette Duke. It was time to sell our home and upsize because we were expecting our first child very soon and I was already in my 3rd Trimester (33 weeks pregnant) when we listed our home. She understood the sense of urgency this mama had to nest and get settled into a larger home. Her responsiveness to all of my questions and concerns were answered within minutes. She gave us amazing recommendations to get our home prepared for the market and went above and beyond to help us make the sale happen before I was due. We fell in love with a home in Citrus Park and we decided to go forward with a simultaneous close on both homes, which happened successfully (some believed it was impossible, but Colette was up for the job). Our bungalow was only on the market for approximately two and a half weeks (sold within a month) with multiple offers because of her effective marketing techniques, professionalism, attention to detail, and experience. We also got full asking price (which made an amazing profit), which helped us with our down payment. I only recommend Colette to our friends or family to sell their home in the Heights. She is extremely involved with the community and connected and works within the talented Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services group. She became a personal friend as well who is extremely trustworthy. Thanks Colette for helping our little family with a successful first home sale, so we could get settled into our new nest! Address: 207 W Chelsea St. Tampa, FL 33603

Hi! My experience with Troy Hunter was not good. He posted a slanderous comment on my company's Facebook ad where I was trying to rent out one of our properties. I would be extremely cautious when dealing with a real estate agent who displays such demeanor and hatred. He seems to be trying to prevent other business owners from conducting honest business. Please see the pictures documenting our experience with him as a company. He supposedely works for this company. I’m currently going to be seeking legal advice from my lawyer in potential suing Troy or this company for defamation because he intentionally tries disrupting our business advertising by calling us a scam without knowing us or anything about our property. Please be careful doing business with a business that employees dishonest people that pursue hatred behavior.

Colette has assisted my wife & I, along with extended family, through the sale and purchase of several properties. She brings a level of attention to detail and expertise that we've found to be rare in the local real estate market. The personal network of friends and those in the biz she has cultivated is priceless, and her sense of style truly shines when it comes to staging a property for sale. Colette is incredibly personable and makes what can oftentimes be a stressful situation feel in control and positive. Highly recommended.

This review is only about a specific agent at Future Home Realty. Her name is Jackie Collins.

My experience with Jackie Collins was shockingly poor. I contacted Jackie on a Friday regarding a grouping of homes we wanted to view in one geographic area. I inquired if she had any time over the weekend, understanding that it was short notice. She said she could make Saturday work. I explained to her that this grouping of homes was an hour from our current residence, and we would wait if it meant we could view all the homes in one day. She assured us that she had secured showings for all the homes on our list.

Based on her word, we loaded our 10 month old in our vehicle and prepared for a long day. The first few showings went well, but upon pulling up to one of the more promising homes, we were greeted by a locked gate and accompanied by an unprepared agent. After trying to contact the listing agent for half an hour, Jackie finally determined that we couldn't view the home. Obviously, this was very frustrating, but we decided to continue with Jackie. We understand that everyone makes mistakes. Throughout the day my wife and I explained to Jackie the types of homes we were looking for and the areas we were looking at. She assured us multiple times that she was the agent for us, and even expressed how excited she was to show the homes we were interested in. Apparently, we shared similar taste in homes.

The following Monday I received an email from Jackie letting us know that she wanted us to look at as many homes as we could, even mentioning the areas by name, and that she was excited to show us our new home. My wife and I spent hours compiling a list of homes, and emailed them to Jackie, Thursday. After a 18 hours with no response, I called and text messaged her (apparently her preferred form of contact), and finally received a text back letting us know she was ready to go. We scheduled our showings for Sunday, and she even inquired about doing more showings during the week. I canceled several plans I made Monday to accommodate her schedule.

At 10:21 pm on Friday night, I received an email from Jackie letting us know that she would no longer work with us and apologized for leading us along. I work a job that requires I work 50% of my weekends, so weekends are especially precious to me. I explained this to her, and requested she at least would work with us through the weekend because she left us with no options. I thought this would be the professional thing to do, but Jackie did not share my thoughts. She said she had other clients and that was that.

This was a shocking experience for us, and would hope no one else has to work with an agent like Jackie Collins. I would strongly advise you opt for a different agent when buying or...

Sellers BEWARE. if you're selling a home and the buyer /agent is Paula A Forginone she is the same person who is both the buyer and agent.

This review is to anyone who's delt with her in recent months. She advised she's been looking for a home to purchase for the past several months and for whatever reasons the deal would fall apart. This buyer/ agent will do everything she can to low ball sellers and even use inspection companies that favor her,to try and get the seller to reduce prices.

I found this out today 10-23-23 I found a sticker/ trash left behind from a pest company 20-20pest dot com. I called and was like you need to come remove your sticker from my property. And asked for a copy of their findings. The company said there was pest on-site. Which is a lie because I've had the house on a scheduled maintenance for pest since owing the property, so I knew they must be siding with the potential home buyer probably for some sort of kick back. mind you this was the final issue this predatory agent had done to warrant my 1 star review of her unethical behavior

She originally went to the county and raised problems for the property for an above ground pool. I had to 1- permit the pool or 2 remove it. I, not knowing at the time the person causing the problem was the potential buy who was due to walk the property with family again in the following week. So since I couldn't have any open cases with the building department I opted to remove the pool. And have the building department come verify the pool was removed and closed the case.

But that wasn't it. It turned out this unethical agent called my realtors broker trying to cause issues for the way my agent wrote up the contract. All was fine and she did nothing but waste her time. She also called speedy Appraisals in mt.dora and tried to cause issues for the way they, a legitimate company licensed to do Appraisals, conducted my appraisal I'm guessing in an attempt to have them re do it and lower the value of my property.

If currently dealing with this person. Get second opinions before agreeing to lower your price. If it wasn't for me knowing I had my home treated for pest since the day I purchased my home , I would have fell victim to this lady and the companies she higherd for the inspections. Get a second opinion and be on-site for any inspection when dealing...

This company has been difficult to work with from the beginning. On May 25th I applied to a rental house. I sent the realtor my entire credit report, offer letter, rental reference and current pay stubs. I do not have perfect credit but I advised him of this up front. Once my card was charged for the application I did not hear back from the realtor for almost a week. I even called the tenant check company and they advised me they gave it back to the realtor 2 days ago.

At first he was so responsive and as soon as he got my money it was as if he vanished. I was worried I was scammed but the tenant check advised me that I was not. Now prior to the application the realtor had all my info as I stated. I had to text and email over and over again to get a response. Over a week later he advised me that my application was not approved.

Now this was a huge shocker to me as I have never been denied in my life. I rent from a huge leasing company and have been with them for years. My leasing company was even shocked. I have perfect rental history, the combined income is over $100,000 for a rental of $1650 and both credit scores are above 620. No felonies and stable work history for 7+ years. Once I was denied I asked the realtor for an explanation several times with once again no response. I have rented houses and apartments for the past 10 years and this has hands down been the worst experience I have every had.

I am looking at this as a blessing in disguise as if I were approved It probably would have been an awful experience. In speaking with a few friends of mine who are realtors int the area I did mention the bad experience and the name of the realtor. They also mentioned that they have heard similar stories with him and the company. I normally do not write reviews and I waited a few days to really digest the issue however I feel that this experience deserved...
