Drake makes some good products. My experience dealing with them was extremely negative from both a product and service perspective. Ordered the insulated high end waders in the size I order for every other boot on the planet- size 12. I could not get my foot into the boots. Their 12 is like a 10.5 or 11 at best. Then upon returning the defectively marked product they charged me a $9.95 Return Fee. Total ripoff and the reason I will look elsewhere in the future for all my hunting gear. Don't do business with a company that rips you off for $10.00 to return something defective. Edit- Ordered the 2xl size 13. Can BARELY get my foot in with super thin socks. Sent a message and asked if I could pick up my order here locally and I was advised that I could and I would just need to call in and use a credit card. I then called in and the first thing that the lady said when I asked to make an order was that I had to do it online. I advised her that I was told that I could do it by phone and gave her the name of the person that had answered that on the website. She got him on the phone and when I told him I wanted to make the order, he advised that I wouldn't be able to pick it up today.
