they need to be audit on their billing department once a year atleast with overviewing random customers bills and their charges , they start charging a month ahead if you 2-3 days late you get a bill of 2 months charge and then that gets stuck till you miss next months bill then they add that month again,that's were their extra money comes from, their funny business at overcharging....then the shut off and reopen service fees are extremely outrageous...too much from this place....no one cares to take...
