Such a good family owned business. They have theeee freshest (literally) fruits and vegetables!!!!!!!!! Kale included! They have a variety of nuts, seasoning and dried fruits that they prepare and packed also! It truly has a home feeling. The owner even offers to stay open a little longer if you inform her ahead of time that you’ll be stopping by. This truly is a gem of a place. The seasonings are soooo good! They have SPICY ones also and have samples of them also. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A nice stop near Bishop Pumpkin patch in Wheatland. A small store, okay selection. I like the variety of the pumpkins during fall season. Prices tend to be higher than at the supermarkets. The place is closed on Sunday though.

Bought a basket of Fuyu persimmons yesterday from Salle Orchards at the Fountains Farmer's Market. The lady chose the basket behind the yellow tape and handed me the bag of persimmons. I should have checked them before I got home. Turns out all six of them are super soft. Not firm like Fuyus should be. I have four left over from an organic seller purchased the week before and they are still firm. Go figure. Salle sold me OLD MUSHY Fuyus. Big bummer. Looked forward to having them on Christmas day. My bad for not checking the firmness before...

Mary is quite knowledgeable about the fruits and veggies that they sell. I have lived in Wheatland about 10 yrs. I can honestly say I have not purchased anything that I wasn't 100% happy with. The fruits and vegetables have been superb this year. Just when you think this is as good as it can get...the next season they are juicier and tastier than the...
