Lonnie went above and beyond for us. He came out to look at a dryer that we bought off of Facebook marketplace that didn’t work. He was able to identify what was wrong, and we decided we just wanted to buy a used dryer that he had in stock. The delivery for it wasn’t supposed to be for a few days, but he made plans for getting the dryer to us the following morning. After we got it, it started glitching— I swear we are cursed when it comes to appliances. He immediately came back and picked it up, and we followed him back to his shop and picked out a brand new gas dryer. Throughout the whole fiasco, he hooked and unhooked these dryers and loaded and unloaded them— came to our house 3 times in a 24 hour period (no charge for all this). So this is the 2nd washer ive bought from here that has tore up. The 2nd in a year!! I have had this washer a cpl months and it quit spinning water outta clothes. Ive emailed, ive sent a text & called all with no answer and no reply. I took to fb cause I'll know someone will share my post with Burress Appliances, but I just want the washer fixed! At this rate if he cant fix used washers like he advertises then maybe he should stop selling...

Bought a $300 washer with a month warranty. Machine quit working after about 10 days. Lonnie did a service call and said nothing was wrong, even though the machine would not spin.
