Thrifty White Pharmacy — Local services in Olivia

Unbelievable! This is the second time this has happened. I refill the birth control I have been on for almost 2 years.l, and am given something else without so much as a phone call! Both times I’m helped by Pam, the first time I’m told it’s the same thing and I need to get over it, the pharmacist helps me out and fixes it. This time I wasn’t able to get there until right before close, and she’s working again; bags my birth control up out of my eyesight, which is out of character from every other time I’ve ever picked up a script through the drive through, and sure enough, when I get home it’s the pack the pharmacist told me I wouldn’t receive again! My doctor and I worked hard to figure out what works for me, it’s disheartening when I cannot even get a phone call to be told that I won’t get the same prescription. I don't understand how one pharmacy could be so so so so horrible at well being a pharmacy. Me personally, I have been in there to fill probably 8 to 10 prescriptions since they opened and literally every time I was very disappointed. Most of the time they don't even have the meds to fill my prescription... I get an I O U from them and they tell me to come back? Lol seriously? And not one single time was my prescription ready when they said it would be. A few times I even dropped it off and came back in a day or two and it still wasn't ready!! This place is a joke. My mom waited at the counter for 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged her and she said there was 6 employees working... Sad sad excuse...

Auto refill awesome also everyone who works there are very nice. When first opened but to expect that. I love the drive thru. But I think if someone is waiting for drive thru and the one in front of u waiting they should drive around so the drive thru is open. Instead of waiting for the 15 minutes drive around and let the next ones go. The pharmacy I had up north would do that. That would be great! Otherwise I love the workers and all so nice. Idk why the people can't drive around when people are waiting to get there prescription. It ticks me off. I think people should be told to go around. Im sorry I have to be somewhere and not...
