They hire these young kids that donât know where anything is. I get eye rolls from the employees. this store is not welcoming. No diversity in the staff makes me really wonder. Iâm writing this because the heavy set lady with the strawberry blonde hair and glasses that sits at the self check out is completely rude. The check out machine had an issue with upc on a bakery item. This lovely lady decided to watch the video 3 times insisting I didnât ring the item up and clearly I did if she had to watch the video 3 times. She didnât want to click no fault and let me ring up the rest of my stuff. She also told my kids they have horns. Thereâs no manager in sight every time I come in there itâs like the freaking twilight zone. I will start documenting my experiences from now on but mainly will be shopping at Bakers or Hyvee because theyâre not extremely over priced like this store is. Terrible experiences every...
Read moreWe always look forward to shopping here. Clean, fresh and friendly.. it's a hard place to beat when you're looking for a great experience without being overwhelmed.Parking accessible and not overloaded lots. The quality of the meat alone makes it superior to anywhere else that I would want to spend my time shopping .It has the best meat to build my meals around. Always a good experience I look forward to going to these highly maintained stores. . Their expertise of the meat and preparation I consider far above any other market . Kind and very gentle helpful people. They always offer to assist me out to my car with groceries as I am more on the mature side which is appreciated even though I don't always take them up on the offer. I did however have one day where I really did need it. I really overbought because of so many good deals.I just can't say enough about the integrity of...
Read moreVery excited to have this store in the area, and I hope they are paying attention to those who took the time here to provide honest reviews on some common experiences. The deli and meat shop need to understand that it doesn't go unnoticed when they cut corners. It's common to find expired items in their produce and throughout the store. I plan to give them a few more chances, but have been really disappointed by some subtle ways they do business. I've worked in a meat shop and grocery store and understand the pressure to hit numbers, but the little sacrifices in quality are a race to the bottom. There are much better butcher shops and meat counters in and around Omaha, but like I said, I'm hopeful they'll make some needed adjustments, and will continue to give them a couple...
