I have stopped by more than once this week to see graves of my family. Today i spent time cleaning up the headstones of my family. The care that has been given to this detail has long been ignored. You should be upset with your grounds dept and the care they show towards the families that trusted you for perpetual care. My parents graves were long overdue for mowing. The mower i saw was doing work like he was cutting grass alongt the interstate. Both of our flower vases were in the ground and are damaged beyund use. Their stones are flat and at the rate they are going they will dissapear below ground in the next few decades. My older brother is in babyland. 60 years ago this was a very nice section. It now resembles a vacant field that has not seen a string trimmer in years. The fountain has been removed but not completely. How dare you claim to be the most beautiful cemetary in Nebr . That is only true from when you enter the propery and get to the top of the hill. The babyland sign is crooked and has never been updated. The water hydrant is from the early days and leaks more water than it produces and it is all brown water . As i am 71 years old i am sure most parents that had children in the section are now gone, but that is no excuse for not fulfilling your promise of care. The landscape upkeep is horrible. There are dead bushes, poor and dated signage for traffic, young trees in protective fencing that are dead, and the historic chapel is a disgrace with dead plants and grass and mulch everywhere. I went to Calvary also today and they are hands down cleaner, grounds in top shape, and actually had services happening at the time. All i saw at Forest Lawn was the Hawkins Family section being constructed. I bet you will keep that section neat and clean. Remember, you were a cemetary first. Maybe you need to go back and remeber those days first. You will not get my business...

I wouldn’t bury my dog from here , they are very over priced and will not help you or even compermise. On there prices . They have no compassion for the family at all . 3 yrs ago I buried my loving mother from there, when I went to view her before the service. My frail 85yr 120 lb mom looked like she weight 400 lbs it was horrible. The undertaker said there was nothing they could do . The cards that you get about your love one . My mom was on the outside of it and a man and his service was on the inside . Such poor service. It cost then $350 to take her over the hill in there own cemetery. . $14,300 service was terrible . Never ever again would I ever use them .then just loss my brother and his daughters took him there . They had NO SYMPATHY FOR THESES GIRLS AT ALL all they wanted was $13,500 from them and they had to buy there own book and make they’re own cards . And it was a cheap cheap looking funeral tacky They would not even start with out full payment. End up after 4 days taking him to Brammen and had a beautiful funeral for $9000 and they got everything. They were so compassionate with his girls like it should be . And not worried about there money they knew they were getting paid . And everything was nice and beautiful and the staff was wonderful to all guest . DO NOT COME HERE...

Its pretty sad that your told you can,t have nothing on your child grave that their just going to mow over everything and throw everything away when we paid for my son plot and mow it ourselves! We asked for time frame when they'll mow so we can take everything off and was told there not doing that this year that their throwing everything away. And to have a memorial at our house and not on my son grave.. It's hard enough to lose your child then to have to deal with...
