
This is a fairly new drag strip that is operated by a nonprofit organization governed by a board of directors. they have received federal funds to allow them to quickly establish many of the necessities that other tracks in the area lack such as a large air-conditioned building with food service inside and plenty of tables for spectators to sit at. They have several directors of the board that seem to be in attendance every race day all day long to ensure that things run smoothly and they have recently brought in a very experienced dragstrip manager to help promote the weekend races for the regular racers as well as intending to promote several specialty race's during the season. Difficult for handicapped or impaired spectators to negotiate crushed rock areas with wheelchairs, etc. Suggest cement paths through the rock areas for easier walking and for wheelchairs, etc. No areas reserved for handicapped parking, or spectator view of the race track. Suggest more volunteers to take tickets and handle concession stands. Takes too long to get a hot dog.... you miss many races waiting in lines. This is a great startup. Just need to manage a few...
