It's really laid back, great staff, plenty of food to choose from. The hayride was amazing and they have some of the biggest pumpkins that I've ever seen to pick from as a souvenir. There's so much to do and see! The bigger pumpkins are located in the very back of the field. If you want it, you have to work for it by walking. I also heard that their Christmas celebration was absolutely gorgeous so I'm definitely thinking of going back for that this year. Also, the negative comments that are being made about the elephant, Nosey being at this location are absolutely not true. They do not acquire any elephants at this Pumpkin Patch and the staff are truly happy and have a passion and love for what they do. It sounds like to me that someone is just out to sabatoge this place for whatever reason. If you believe this fictitious rumor then I suppose that you also believe the pictures that people have uploaded to this website for the Great Pumpkin Patch that includes the elephant. I'll let you in on a little secret, I can upload any pic and put it to any website and make it look legit. Give these nice people a break. They are just trying to make a honest living like anyone else. I suppose you wouldn't like to be harrased either about something that you KNOW you didn't do. Furthermore, what is that teaching our children? It teaches them to accuse without knowing the facts. Is this how you want your kids to act? I highly doubt it. Trust it when I say that they never had this elephant in their field and you can take that to the bank. I give it more than 5 stars. I had another beautiful day with my son...

I wish I could leave more stars but I just can't... We drove a little over a hour to get there and the pumpkins were EXTREMELY lack luster, way over priced..had to pay almost $9.00 just to get a ride to the field, where the pumpkins were and the pumpkins were so so small, and if you wanted to bring a pumpkin back from the field it was additional money (come on!!!) I needed large ones for my front porch. And the ones they had that were medium sized were $15 dang dollars a piece!!!! And if you could find a large 40 pound it's $20 per pumpkin...i just went last year to a different pumpkin patch and I will be going back to that one..the prices were way better and way more selection. We figured since we drove so far we would get one of their funnel cakes (well don't get it and save yourself) it was so rock hard we could hardly stand to eat another bite, and the powdered sugar tasted odd, and we've had our fare share of funnel cakes abroad and this was the worst tasting one to date and $7 for one..the people there were friendly but just not worth the...

We looked up prices to make sure we had enough cash because they dont take credit or debit not even in the store. When we got there the prices on website not the same as what they ask for. I handed the man $3 for the pony ride for my 2 yr old and he said it was $5.00 doe to inflation. There was only a sign for the horse rides for $5. So she only went on one ride instead of 2 like we had planned. They ride was very short and the ponys seem sick..coughing. There was hardly anyone there last Sat. that late in the day. There is not a petting zoo which the website says there is. The price for it went up also. The pets were behind fences and could not be touched. Goats and chickens and a pig. the rabbits were to high up to be seen. We decided not to do the hayride since we spent more on the other exhibits. It was $5 To get in the bounce park. We didnt go to jump on bounce houses. We can drive less than an hour to go to defy gravity. The hay ride went up to. We did get some...

Looking for a quick pumpkin patch stop? πŸŽƒ We visited The Great Pumpkin Patch in Hayden during fall break and it was perfect! We got there around 2:30 (they close at 4) and practically had the whole place to ourselves πŸ™Œ Grabbed pumpkins, sweet treats, and squeezed in some playtime β€” such a fun little weekday adventure! πŸ‚ #pumpkinpatch #daytrip #kids #fallbreak

I recently visited The Great Pumpkin Patch for the 3rd and while the overall experience was just okay, there were some major downsides that really stood out. The staff that’s serving/cooking the food was surprisingly unfriendly and, in several interactions, downright rude. It gave the visit a negative tone, which is disappointing for a place that should feel warm and welcoming, especially for families. The food was also a big letdown. The taste and quality were terrible. It felt more like an afterthought than something you’d actually look forward to during the outing. While the pumpkin displays and general atmosphere were fine, the lack of hospitality and poor food make it hard to recommend. With some serious improvements in staff training and food quality, this could be a great seasonal spot. As it stands, I’d suggest looking at other pumpkin patches in the area.

This was an adventure in the rain. I went with my granddaughters daycare. It was a rainy day and they were still open. Some of the rides were shut down, but the inflatables were still open. My grandkids jumped for about 15 mi items and cane out looking like they had been wallowing in dirt. And to make matters worse, my daughter decided to dress my youngest granddaughter in cream--- so you know that didn't turn out well. The patch, hay ride, the pony ride and the petting zoo were still open. The food is priced decently and they even had a house that sold soul food (green, peach pie, etc).I would suggest that a clown/magic show be added for the little kids when there is rainy weather or other inside activities to prevent many colds.
