My Patio Furniture Outlet — Local services in Ontario

I have bought more than 20 pieces from Summerset Casuals over the past 6 years. As other reviews said, the company is difficult to deal with (in fact, the dealer I originally used dropped Summerset Casuals because he said they were just too hard to work with), but the furniture looks great – at least initially. Unfortunately, it doesn’t hold up at all over time. The warranty is five years and in the sixth year, six of the pieces were so bad that they were unusable. I contacted Summerset Casuals who said that I was out of warranty, but that they would provide me with “partial warranty coverage”. It turns out that this meant discounting the replacement chairs by just $50 (on chairs that cost more than $300). I passed and will never buy...

Visited #MyPatioFurnitureOutlet and I was skeptical about their prices at first since everything was priced so low!

I drove from LA to visit a completely different outdoor furniture store in Ontario but this other store and their fire tables were not at all what we expected & didn’t have a great warranty which was disappointing. However I’m happy it wasn’t a wasted trip because we found My Patio Furniture Outlet just off E Jurupa & Mission Blvd.

We are pleased with our new patio furniture plus the warranty it came with! Saved over $500 on a new fire table set. I will def be back to purchase more outdoor patio items for the Summer.

They brought me a broken chair. When called they said it was the spring and that they would be sending me a new spring to replace the broken spring. Said it would take up to 8 weeks to get. I have been trying to call for the past 4 trying to figure out where my springs are. No one answers the phone or returns calls. The furniture looks good, but the customer service is awful and the product is cheaply made. I bough a love seat, 2 chairs, and a firepit. Cost over 3,000. Stuff shouldn't be broken in less than 1month...
