Owner was very Rude . screamed at us in front of our children for no reason. My husband and I have fished multiple time in our life grew up fishing . Go deep sea fishing and this guy comes over and saw my husband unhooking a fish and just started yelling at him and told him. I hate people who think they know it all , you don’t know what you’re doing . You don’t know what your doing just yelling loudly for everyone to hear and my children it was a horriable way to run a business in my eyes .. and never yell in front of a family !! If I could give a zero I would ! I was so unimpressed !! Also my husband didn’t even argue back but he kept yelling . He was just okay good day sir .. okay then I don’t knw . My husband was not going to argue either but the owner had the audacity to keep yelling ! SO SO SO RUDE ! fish somewhere else if you want to fish in peace . I was really excited to visit this place after hearing about it! The area itself was very nice and well maintained. We had fun fishing! The male owner made me cry within 30 minutes of being there. Female owner was nice the entire day. I placed the pole on the ground and was incorrectly holding a sturgeon. I was not informed that the pole shouldn’t be placed on the ground- I certainly was not doing it to try ruining the pole or hurt the fish. I was just trying to get the fish off. I’m learning and VERY coachable. I understand now what I was doing wrong, but the way he laid into me about it was 100% unacceptable. Everyone in my group was blown away by the way he spoke to me. I truly hope no other customers ever get treated this way. Aside from that encounter, it was a nice place...

One of the coolest and most unique experiences I’ve had! I’ve been to Schwartz 4 times now in the last 8 months and plan to return time and again. Jim and his wife are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable and the whole property is very relaxing and a nice escape from the hustle and bustle.

An experienced fisherman, I’ve brought along friends and family that range from inexperienced to avid and every time we all catch 15-30 or more sturgeon ranging from 2ft to 5ft.
