Dollar General — Local services in Oolitic

Pulled in dollar general today in get supplies in between job sites and the facility had a delivery truck blocking all lanes of customer parking. I however pulled in between two vehicles three spots apart. I’m a contractor and pull a small trailer, this was the only option avalabile so my vehiciles were not out In traffic. As I exited the vehicle I was confronted by an associate who identified herself as a manger and asked if I would be long. I answered no and the manager continued to harass me as I walked in the building. I purchased my items and was exiting the building where she continued to Harrass me to the point of me getting in my truck and closing the door.I could hear her saying that I don’t have to show there anymore.There is a spot for the delivery truck to back in at and had no obstructions. This was a case of the manager not directing the delivery drivers to be in the desalinated area and then making me pay the consequences by her not doing her job. 2 employees(1 being the manager) were standing right in front of the door smoking when I arrived. There was an elder lady standing at the counter waiting to be helped when I went inside. I went and got the things I needed and went to check out. The elder lady was still standing there, but still wasnt anyone at the register to help customers . I looked over at the front door and seen both employees were still standing outside. They both clearly saw us standing there waiting as I made eye contact with each one. Neither one bothered to come in, just stood there talking. So I "rang the service bell"(the "squeeze me" pig, dog toy) incase maybe there was a third employee in the store. I waited a minute squeezed it again, but still no one came to the register. So I said loudly "is there anyone in here that could help us at the register". Still no response . It seems that every time I go into the Dollar General in Oolitic I get very frustrated with the employees lack of work ethic. I needed a transaction put back into my card and, instead of them doing anything, they gave me a phone number to call. I called the number and it was the wrong number, it was employee services. I had to be transferred three times, all persons on the phone were completely confused by the store's actions. I vowed to never go back but I had to recently and nothing changed. I waited forever in line, the cashier didn't know how to take the transactions so someone had to step in but they were taking their time and socializing. The second person finally opened a second register but I had to wait before I could ask a question because he was still talking with his co-worker.
