“I Trusted Them With My Dog — He’s Still Recovering”

I took my dog to this grooming place expecting professional and compassionate care, but it turned into a nightmare. During the grooming session, my dog suffered a severe injury that required immediate veterinary attention. Since then, he has been under neurological care and is still on antibiotics to help regain mobility in his body.

The groomer responsible was Raúl. His handling caused serious harm, and instead of taking accountability, the business has gone as far as altering official documents to protect themselves.

To support my experience, I am attaching photos showing my dog before and after the grooming, as well as a copy of the altered document. I believe it’s important for other pet owners to see the truth for themselves.

No pet owner should go through this. This place lacks empathy, professionalism, and transparency. I strongly advise you to think twice before trusting them with your pet.

Llevé a mi perro a este lugar de peluquería esperando una atención profesional y compasiva, pero se convirtió en una pesadilla.

Durante la sesión de aseo, mi perro sufrió una lesión grave que requirió atención veterinaria inmediata. Desde entonces, ha estado bajo atención neurológica y todavía está tomando antibióticos para ayudar a recuperar la movilidad en su cuerpo.

El peluquero responsable era Raúl. Su manejo causó graves daños, y en lugar de asumir la responsabilidad, la empresa ha llegado a alterar los documentos oficiales para protegerse.

Leo, the groomer did a great job with my 15 yr old dog. My dog is on the large side and has many skin tags and cysts due to age and Leo was great working with my dog. When I called for appt they asked all the right questions, knowing pets come with a variety of issues, like mine with allergies and Leo was well informed about it as well prior to arrival and arrived on time too. They also had availability when I needed and treated my dog beautifully.
