We were NOT happy with this service. I do not recommend it. The installers put the sliding doors in BACKWARDS and we, who know nothing about their business, had to ask them to come back and try flipping them around. There was a big gap. The side glass holders were installed OUTSIDE the window, rather than inside. So anyone could unscrew them and walk in. We paid a lot of extra money for "Double Tinted" glass to keep the heat down in the room. But this product actually absorbs heat and makes the room much hotter than before. Definitely avoid that product! It's really a scam. Additionally, the installers did not inspect our windows before they put them in, so the damaged windows went in and Mario, the owner, would not fix them. On top of all that, when they told us they take credit cards, they didn't mention that they charge a 3.5% fee on top. Overall, this is not a company I will ever...

10 STARS. Seriously, I was impressed with the utmost professionalism of the installation people who work here. They arrived while I was out and had met up with my son. Shortly afterwards, I walked in and found my new floor securely protected in all rooms leading to where the windows needed replacing. I'm a clean freak so this highly impressed me. With the amount of work they needed to do there was hardly anything at all I needed to clean up afterwards. Mario even comes to the job site to make sure everything is going well and assists as needed. I can't say enough about these folks. Also I needed the windows badly and could not wait for months on end. Within a day of payment, the windows were up and look great.
