I loved this place. I am a real fireworks enthusiast. I organize a very grand show every year. I had a reunion with family in Ala. I pass this place every time I go home. I had already got what I wanted at Phantom fireworks. I took a chance to add some more things and stop in here to do so. First, they have perfect price points for every budget. This made me very happy. I believe everyone should be able to enjoy fireworks without breaking the bank. Second, the staff was very knowledgeable about the products. This goes a long way when you have a novice who may be purchasing for the first time. Third, there was more than enough inventory for everyone. Shelton Fireworks is the truth!! I've been sitting on the fireworks I bought from there for months and finally was able to launch them for the 4th. I was on a road trip from VA to visit a friend in AL. If you're coming from out of town, make sure and stop by and get a bunch of fireworks for a great price! If you're local, be thankful for such an amazing store! I'm not even exaggerating when I say their $6.99 1" mortar outperforms 2.5" mortars that cost $25 or more elsewhere. Literally anything you get here will be 2-3x better value than anything you could get at Phantom or other national sellers. Cannot recommend this...

We arrived as the store opened and waited for 6 employees to enter the building. One employee did tell us to let him know if we had any questions but no one turned on the main lights. Several other shoppers arrived and the lights remained off even when we asked if they could be turned on. We had to use the flashlight on our phones just to see what we were buying. We shopped in the dark for 30 minutes before someone turned on the lights. Check out girl was pleasant but close inspection of our receipt shows we were overcharged on some items.
