There was an issue with my parents TV when they would switch to the aerial antenna to watch local TV stations. My father contacted Lanclos TV to get them to diagnose the issue. Mike & Mark arrived at my parents that afternoon. The surface heat from the antenna transferred through the cable & damaged a board in the tv (summer temperatures in the upper 90s to low 100s). Mike & Mark installed then setup a new tv. Mark went over the settings & operation of the new tv with me so I could explain to mother & papa.

After my LG tv stopped working, I called LG repair and they referred me to Lanclos TV Service. This morning I called Lanclos and the lady who answered the phone REFUSED to give me a price OR ESTIMATE of a power supply board-which is the part that LG assumes needs repair. I understand that if and when a technician comes to my home that the price may be different OR it could be a different part that needs to be repaired all together. I STATED SUCH MULTIPLE TIMES!! I would have simply liked to know if the ESTIMATED cost of repair would be more or less than buying a new tv. I am outraged at the unprofessionalism! SECOND TO NONE! I called with questions before making a decision to fix the TV and they were very helpful and courteous. Once I made my decision, they picked the tv up and brought it back to the shop. They were very honest, reasonably priced, and provided quick service. My TV was fixed the same day and delivered back to my house the next day. To say I was impressed, and relieved, is an understatement. Would definitely recommend to anyone...
