Farmers IGA Foodliner — Local services in Opp

I enjoy shopping there but their mananger can be a complete ass. We have been doing fund raisers in this parking lot in front of the stores for years but hegot aattitude with my granddaughter so we started setting up.in front of the dollar store and the money we collected for the food clostex was spent in this store and then we also staryed collecting for cance. Suddenly the polive were called on us on several occasions by the iga mananger and we were reportex for scaming people. This really hurt. I kept all receits where money was sent in and letterss where food and toys were donated. Over the 3 years my granddaughter had donated over 2000 toys to tots for tots and 16,000 can goods to the different food closets, 1000 to the cancer society. He denies doing it but yet the two different officers went straight to him afterwards. I thought this was pretty sorry of him especially about the cancer part since i have it and all my grandchildren weredoing was trying...

3 months ago Id have given this store atleast a 3 stars but Ive had multiple issues at this business I baught bread 3 days Prior that didnt go out for another 7 days when I found it had Mold growing when I attempted to have them exchange it I was Refused with the excuse of We had it for too long.

My wife worked here for a while on a trial run and didnt make the cut so they let her go on the very last day with no warning though we didn't worry too much about this she put this job on 2 other previous Job applications and was called back with Disturbing info that indicated they were lying on her because I was present when they terminated her services. They told them she quit without notice and left them short handed which is misinformation. If this were true they would have called my phone since I'm the one who answers the phone every time because as a business owner myself I cant afford to miss a Call my Income was...

Horrible store , Dirty and unkept. Beyond rude employees, visit today was horrible, I have a bad back with 3 herniated disks and arthritis and today we needed some items so I sent my teenager in to fetch me a motorized cart , he gets one and is headed out to me so I can get into it and is followed out by an employee who tells him he can not take it to me, ho is told again he can not ...i was parked literally 20 feet from the entrance. So I call the store manager Roxanne who tells me " she is sorry those are the rules" so I say " You will loose a customer then" she then hangs up on me, i call back and ask who the owner is and for their contact info .. She tells me she doesn't know. .I can call back monday! I say " you don't know who makes your pay checks?" she tells me she " doesn't have to give me personal information and again hangs up on me .

They have lost a customer and I will tell all my friends not to shop...
